Refund Policy

Apex Leads Group strives to provide transparent and fair services to all clients. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.

Pilot Fees

All pilot fees, setup fees, and initial testing fees are non-refundable.

Pilot campaigns require upfront work, including setup, configuration, and campaign management. As a result, pilot fees cannot be refunded once a pilot has begun.

Ongoing Services

Fees for ongoing, month-to-month services are non-refundable once services have been rendered or campaigns have launched.

Clients may cancel ongoing services in accordance with the terms outlined in their individual service agreement. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the client to a refund for services already provided.

No Guarantees of Results

While Apex Leads Group uses proven strategies to generate inbound leads, we do not guarantee specific results, including the number of leads, conversions, or revenue.

Refunds are not issued based on performance outcomes alone.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us promptly. Verified billing errors will be corrected as appropriate.
